    Around 30-35 years ago I had the unique opportunity to be a front row witness to the early rise of someone who would go on years later to become a first ballot hall-of-fame NFL wide receiver. When you saw what he could do…it was truly great - and you knew it. Over the last 35 years I have been to many good places, had good food, and have been blessed to experience many good things in life. Last night I was once again reminded of what is the definition of Great. Chef Youssef Marzouk and his team at Aldehyde - from a small, unpretentious space on Rue du Pont Louis Philippe in Paris are taking you on the gastronomical journey of a lifetime. Like 30 years ago, I didn’t necessarily know what it took to be an NFL hall of famer - but you knew it when you saw it. Neither do I know what it takes to accumulate stars in this world of French cuisine, but I will bet the house that this is it!! I encourage you to go now and see and taste the magic for yourself and be an early witness to someone and something that is truly Great!!

    Quelle belle surprise! Nous avons diné à 7 personnes dans la 2ème piece et ce fut un enchantement tout au long de la soirée. Le menu à 7 plats était simplement délicieux, surprenant, avec des saveurs originales Le Chef nous fait partager une cuisine où ses souvenirs d'enfance se mêlent à un savoir faire d'une grande finesse. Le menu a été aussi adapté aux personnes végétariennes et sans gluten avec tout autant de raffinement. L'accueil, la gentillesse et le fait d'être juste entre nous dans cette jolie salle nous ont permis de pouvoir parler et passer une délicieuse soirée! Bravo et merci à toute l'équipe pour cette experience magnifique.

    Pour la nieme fois, ce restaurant nous a offert bien plus qu’un repas : un véritable voyage sensoriel, où chaque détail est pensé pour ravir le client. C’est sans hésitation que nous y reviendrons, convaincus que l’excellence y est une constante. Une adresse incontournable !

    Nous avons passé un excellent déjeuner chez Aldéhyde ! Un repas présenté avec soin et passion par le Chef Youssef Marzouk. Des assiettes percutantes, finement présentées et aux saveurs pétillantes. On a adoré ce repas et recommandons vivement l'expérience. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour découvrir le dîner !
