   Food was great, service was absolutely terrible. Had a short Spanish man as a waiter and he was extremely rude. He gave us utensils with old lettuce caramelized to it. Politely asked him if I my girlfriend could get another one. It wasn’t a problem. Was rude taking it away. Never gave us water through the night, was rude every time he came over to our table, was very pushy with how it was last calls with deserts. We were sick of it at this point so we just said we were getting full. He scoffed and walked away. Steaks here were good especially with the sauce as that’s what my girlfriend and I got. Food was good. Service I will never be coming back.

   Really enjoyed our dinner for Valentine’s Day, the staff was amazing and the food was great. Will definitely return for another dimmer date soon.

   This was our second time having dinner at Alder & Ash before going to see a show at the Paramount. Highly recommend! The Theater Menu option is very convenient and well-priced, especially if you're like me and easily get overwhelmed by choices. This place is definitely on our bookmark list of places to eat in Seattle.

   Unfortunately I think they were having an off night with their food when we went. The restaurant was very nice and the service was terrific but the food was not well cooked or very tasty which was a disappointment because we went for a special occasion and it was pretty pricy. Based on good earlier reviews I would like to think this is a good restaurant but they were likely not having a great night when we went.

   The food and drinks were very good. The main dining room feels a little bit like a hotel attached restaurant (which this is). The bar area is more hip.  I would definitely go back.

   I give it a one star because I got to the restaurant corner 7th and Pike, address but the main door entrance was locked! And no one was inside! Is there a secret entrance to have breakfast? sheesh I was not happy at all. I was meeting someone there on business, and we went to Ruth Chris' instead! Now "Open Table" will make me as No Show!! Not good.....!!!

   Although the food and ambiance were good, we had absolutely terrible service! The restaurant was not busy so there was absolutely no excuse for the poor service. Our server forgot two of the four beverages we ordered and was super grumpy when we politely inquired. My daughter never even received her drink….and he still put it on the bill and was salty when we asked him to take the drink off our bill.  We definitely will not dine there again.

   Customer service and food were okay, nothing out of the ordinary. Came here to celebrate a birthday since the images online make it seem like a pleasant ambiance for special occasions however it felt like I was at the Cheesecake Factory across the street. No dessert was provided to celebrate the occasion and the drinks were ridiculously small I thought they were providing a sample when they brought them. I got the burger and they didn’t even ask how I wanted the patty cooked. Highlight of the experience was a waitress provided us with more bread for the hummus. But will not be coming back or recommending for special occasions.

    Food was ok. My son ordered a burger and they didn’t ask how it should be cooked which was odd. There wasn’t anything noteworthy about what we ate. For the price paid, I was a bit disappointed. Adequate but we will not go back.
