   We had an outstanding evening at Alexxas! Service was fabulous, drinks were amazing (!), food was very good and the vibe was perfect for a pre-show girls' night out. Only negative was that they did not check me in for my reservation and kept calling me to ask me if I was coming and then emailed me that I missed my reservation! Overall, highly recommend.

   The food quality and service were good. It was a nice breakfast The restaurant was cold because the door for outside patrons kept opening and closing

   The food surpassed our expectations and the service was great. The mushroom agnolotti was absolutely delicious, the burrata salad was exceptional.

   Unfortunately we had a terrible experience here on Valentine’s Day. Weather was not permitting outside dining and we were moved inside. From this point it took 40 min for them to take our order while they kept using a door that blasted wind inside the building. Causing our menus to fly away and glasses to tip over. We tried to be patient but they had NO consideration for our table or the poor, if not the worst, experience we were having. No one acknowledged the fact we were experiencing storm winds because one of the waiters decided he was going to continue using the door. Food was good, but we could not enjoy a single thing about this seemingly nice place. Oh and our waiter did tell us “it was a favor picking up our table” after telling her we had a horrible time. When one of our girls was checking in with the host stand, the woman completely disregarded her and looked past her to help other people as if she wasn’t standing there. Management definitely sound have stepped in to help this situation but it looked like they were no where in sight leaving their waiting staff to run a restaurant with 200+ people.

   Wagyu steak was very dry and flavorless. Lobster tail is salty. Service was slow. Won’t return.

   We make make reservations weeks to months in-advance to ensure we get at least one breakfast at Alexxa Maggie was awesome. Bubbly and friendly. As is the entire staff. We will be back.

   This is our third time at Alexxa's and it never dissapoints. All the servers we've had are good but this time we had Maggie and she is one of the best servers we've had (in all of our dining out experiences). She is very thoughtful, personable and checks up very frequently which I really liked. When you go please ask for her!

    After a lovely breakfast here a couple of days earlier we decided to return. Sadly it was no where as nice as our first visit. Firstly our breakfast tea was lukewarm and when asking out server if we could have hotter water we were told she didn’t have access to a microwave? She did replace our teapots with hotter water after using the steamer to heat it out more. Secondly, my meal was awful. The server took my order, eggs fried with crispy bacon. It arrived with the eggs fried to within an inch of their lives and the bacon so crispy it was dry and disintegrating into dust when you touched it. I explained the problem to the server to which she replied “that is what fried eggs are over here and so you don’t actually want crispy bacon”. As it was the exact same order I placed 2 days previous I knew exactly what it could be like. To cut as long story short, the main problem was our server. Our previous server asked how we wanted eggs, over easy etc and our bacon. This one obviously was not particularly interested in our table and made it clear. I was willing to go without leaving a tip of any kind due to her attitude, but didn’t.
