   Very disappointing. We made a reservation for the Gamage & dinner package. When we called on our way there, we asked about parking and they told us that they would validate. “ no problem” They did not tell us to go to valet parking. So we self parked. No validation was given (even though it’s the same garage). When we arrived, there was no one there to greet us. No reservations. No one even acknowledged us. (Literally no eye contact as we stood there). So we just took a table by the pool. No one served us either so eventually we grabbed a server from another table. We let them know that we had an hour total before the show. Ordered drinks and some chips and guacamole. We asked if there would be time to also bring out salads and he assured us it was no problem. 35 minutes later we still did not have our drinks or our chips and guacamole so we went to check on it. No eye contact or offer from the many servers as we stood there at bar trying to talk to someone. Found waiter - he said “ it will be right out “. 10 minutes later, we received our drinks. (45 min after sitting down). We asked if we could have our chips and guacamole at the very minimum and he said they were “right behind him”. They weren’t. With about 10 minutes or less left in our hour, we finally got our salads. Still no chips and guacamole. We asked for the check as we were concerned about the time. He brought that right away no problem. He asked if we wanted a box for our chips and guacamole. (you can’t take this into the show so it was pointless). He brought the chips and guacamole in a to go box with five minutes to spare. $120 later - we literally shoved our salads down,  slammed our martinis and ate a few chips. The waiter quickly said “sorry about the wait. Enjoy the show”. This experience made our night really stressful when it should’ve been fun. We got to show with 5 min to spare and paid $20 for parking when told we wouldn’t.

   Terrible Service & Rude Staff – Never Again I had one of the worst dining experiences at this restaurant, and the biggest issue wasn’t just the mediocre food—it was the downright disrespectful service. From the moment we walked in, the waiters acted as if we were inconveniencing them by simply being there.

   We wanted to eat at Alter Ego, but they were having a special event and moved our reservation to Alibi. It was fine, but not really what we wanted.

   We went to the Alibi on a Tuesday night. It was pretty obvious we weren’t dealing with the “A” team. Even though we had a reservation, none on the staff would make eye contact when we arrived. There was no signage to let us know if we needed to wait to be seated or just grab a table. After several minutes of uncomfortable standing waiting to be acknowledged we went and sat at a table on the deck. After another 15 minutes of being ignored, we went and sat at the bar. Finally the bartender asked if we wanted anything. We told him we had a reservation and he turned us over to a server. Since it was taco Tuesday, we tried the tacos. I ordered the fish tacos and was completely disappointed. The fish had been shredded and broken up with some sort of seasoning. Seriously, it might have been tuna fish. All in all, the food was horrible and the service was nonexistent. We will not be returning to this location.

   The Food menu was too small and limiteds More sandwiches! The waitress was very efficient and friendly. We were going the the Gamage and she provided us with very good information. Want thank the Alibi for the Anniversity cocktail.

   Overall, meh. First the parking situation wasn't very clear. We parked in the parking garage next to the hotel, we didn't see the valet parking. The restaurant itself was very small, I had made reservations, but our table was occupied by someone who was late for their reservation. We were able to sit outside, though. The menu is rather small, so check it out before you go. Drinks were tasty. The burger was way over seasoned bummer because it was pretty good. Fries are great. It is starting to get warm, so I'm sure that made a difference. I'm sure if you are there for the entertainment that night, it would be a different experience.

    There was no actual reservation at this location, we simply got lucky a table was available. Once we were seated it took 20 minutes before anyone working came to our table to give us water. Anytime we needed anything we would have to flag someone down as no one was coming by regularly to check in and refill water or see if we wanted additional drinks. The food and drinks was overpriced for the quality we received. We will not be returning.
