All Things Equal is a fresh take on typical hospitality in Melbourne. We are a not-for-profit social enterprise providing purposeful training and award-wage paid employment for people with disability.

We believe all people should be able to find a self-sustaining purpose in life, allowing everyone to contribute to society in a meaningful way.

We exist to bridge the gap between people with disability and the wider community. Join us on our mission to prove to society that people with disability are ready, willing and absolutely capable of working.

At All Things Equal, we celebrate people just as they are; this is the very foundation of our vision.

Always a terrific experience - warm welcome, great service and delicious food, rounded off with a quality Melbourne coffee. I had the fish cakes and my friend had the latkes with silver beet - Yuuumm.

I enjoy going to All Things Equal as the food is consistent, the staff are great. Only downside is that it is sometimes noisy because it’s so popular

Our group really enjoyed both the food and atmosphere. A staff member was particularly helpful in adding unexpected places to our table. He was pleasant and efficient in taking our orders as well.

We always enjoy the food and atmosphere at All Things Equal. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious and presented beautifully! Great options for vegan and gluten free as well! I love the artwork on the wall! We love supporting the mission of All Things Equal, and the warm inclusive environment that has been created at this cafe.
