    Always enjoy Allen's - in all aspects. The open turkey sandwich today at lunch (post US Thanksgiving) was fab. Anthony is the best Maitre d'! But the front door opening and closing made the booths in the front chilly. Will be back as usual.

    We had a great experience and loved the ambience of this restaurant as well as the food. The service was efficient but our waiter not welcoming/friendly. He did his job well but almost robotic. It is nice to have some sort of exchange with the waiter other than placing an order. We would definitely come back. The bathrooms could use a refresher as could the floor on the landing at the bottom of the stairs that almost tripped me up.
