A lovely Midwinter meal, we particularly recommend the spiced fish soup (with perfectly cooked scallops), which was delicious and exactly right for this time of year. The hake and duck mains were especially impressive. Service was friendly despite the restaurant being very busy. Looking forward to going again.

If you consider yourself a foodie then this is a must visit when in Salisbury. The food was absolutely amazing and the wine list was great. It is probably one of the best meals I have ever had and I will definitely visit again.

Had a really lovely lunch to celebrate my mother’s birthday. We all had the delicious venison and they were happy to make a tiny adjustment with no fuss at all to make it gluten free for my daughter. Lovely puddings too. The food is a great deal
Nicer than you might expect from the outside shop front might suggest.

Amazing food. The chef here is exceptional. We loved every single course, incredible flavours and presentation. Lovely waiting staff. I agree with other reviews that the ambience of the restaurant lets this place down. If the ambience of the restaurant matched the cooking this place would be our new go to in Salisbury. It also feels like it wouldn't take much to update it, lower the lighting and also make it a bit warmer, I was a bit cold in the dining room.
Will definitely return as the food was really delicious, great portion sizes for fine dining and good service.
