Our pizzas are freshly made in traditional clay oven (Il Forno) in front of you. We also have an Italian themed bar where you can relax and unwind with an Apéritif before your meal. Alloro has a simple Italian way of dinning in a warm rustic ambience. So be it a small light lunch or an evening meal, it is a cosy place whatever the occasion. Our motto is ‘Eat Drink Share’ which refers to the Italian way of dining.

Clearly a mistake was made by them when we ordered as when they served the food they’d forgotten one dish, then when they brought the dish it was incorrect So by the Time she ate it was on her own! my husband mentioned that the size of his bass was extremely small but this was dismissed, which is ridiculous as eaten this dish many times before. No attempt was made to rectify it. Whilst all this was happening there was also stench of sewage which was clearly coming from a drain in the restaurant. Completely disappointed from the whole experience and a real shame as clearly the manager let this restaurant down, he needs a lesson customer service.

Allison was a last minute choice before a movie. We really enjoyed the food, wine and service provided in this rustic Italian restaurant.

We were unhappy that we thought we had booked a special menu. This may have been my fault … but the person whom greeted us was not as 'welcoming' as would be expected. Hence the mediocre reviews.

Good food, prompt service. Finding a 10% service charge had been added to the bill was a bit disappointing, particularly as there were only two of us dining.
