Alma is a restaurant based on the tastes and experiences of our kitchen team focusing on modern Chinese cuisine headed by Chef/Owner Anna Chen.
We are built around food that uses fresh, simple, quality ingredients and our focus is to create a unique dining experience.
Our beverage program is focused on Natural Wines curated by Sommeliers Kate Densmore and Ben Dalton.
As of September 2022, Alma has been recognized by the Michelin Guide as a recipient of the Bib Gourmand award.

    My friend and I had the loveliest time at Alma. The customer service was great, friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious and unexpectedly filling! We got the chefs choice that resulted in multiple courses and a lovely light dessert. I think the place is great value, delicious and creative food-whoever thought that radish cakes would be so delicious!!! I have to say the place IS a tad bit loud, some noise dampening inside may not go amiss. Will definitely be coming back!

    Along with Grey Garden and Lake Inez, Alma has joined my top 3 restaurants in the city. Each dish topped the one prior and the service was impeccable. We couldn’t have celebrated our anniversary anywhere better!

    Food was decent at best and for the price we expected much better quality. The menu looked great, so we gave it a shot. We ordered half the menu and were not impressed by any of the dishes

    We had a reservation but we’re sat at the worst table, smallest table next to the bar after a walk-in arrived before us and were sat at a much better table. Our table was not really a table - just placed there to maximize seating. Food was just ok. Not worth the trek to get there.

    Good service and yummy food. Portions were quite small, we ended up ordering 6 dishes for 3 people and still had room.

    A phenomenal restaurant. The food was exquisitely presented and unbelievably delicious. The service was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. The vibes were imacculate. My partner and I will certainly be coming back. Thank you Alma!
