Service and food was great. My only complaint was that despite a reservation, we were forced to wait quite a bit after our reservation time for our table, and there was absolutely nowhere to wait without being completely and utterly in the way of every staff member... who seemed annoyed with us.

If you’re just looking for a cute experience, this is the spot. Food is pretty mediocre and our burner wasn’t hot enough to even melt cheese.

Pros: Neat private gondola sitting area, friendliness of staff, good quantity of food. Cons: Fondue foods lacked flavor. None of it had any seasoning so you get potatoes, raw veggies, and meat that is very bland. It did come with sauces, but they oddly did not have very good flavor either. The cheeses were good so that is what we used to add flavor. The grill takes a long time to cook the meats so be prepared for that. Beef broth for the fondue did not add any flavor. We had to ask for salt and pepper just bring the flavor out of the meats. Plenty of food but the quality was low. Dinner for four adults with tip was $387 and really not worth it. We are not too picky and this is a really a great concept but poor attention to seasonings to make the meal tasty.

Very good experience. The gondolas were not cold because they are heated, so it was a great time. The food was great and it came on time. It was a prefixed meal so it was perfect for the experience. However, the desserts were not good at all. Very plain and simple. But expensive.

The gondola was a cute experience and a must try if you are able to snag a reservation! The service and ambiance was excellent and good was great! It is European-style raclette, so don’t expect a lot of seasoning. It is a bit snug in the gondola with the table taking up most of the room. One note, it is a lot of food for 2 people but I understand why it could not be enough food for 3-4 people, depending on hunger levels. If you are with 3-4 people, it would be best to get additional add-ons.

We did the Gondala experience as a family of 4. Watch your head as you get in. Our cooking grill failed twice. The temperature of grill was not hot enough - the meat stewed! We only chose this as open table had it as 1# as fun experience- you cook your own food on a terrible cooking appliance and eating stewed meat was not fun. Food wise there was very little. Left hungry! Not good value at all. At $70 plus tax per person!
