   My favorite staff, they are so kind and knowledgeable. We loved our dinner and look forward to visiting again soon. So stoked for the future of this amazing place! Also amazing cocktails!!

   It was amazing. We had an opportunity to meet Steve and Anna the owners both absolutely wonderful people that want the best experience for their customers and YES that happened! Our waitress Megan was beyond great took such good care of us and her personality was wonderful! We loved the vibe of the whole place, the sitting area when you come in and then WOW the dining room far exceeded expectations! And the YES the food! Amazing! Quality food with abundance of flavors! We will be back soon!!!

   Staff and environment was great, sadly my Ramen dish although beautiful was warm at best. They were out of two menu items we ordered and it’s a small menu. They gave us a free substitution which was a great gesture. Would love to see this place succeed-check it out!

   Chris, I am absolutely gutted to hear about your 3 star experience at my restaurant. We work incredibly hard to bring something fresh and exciting to Newberg, and both our community and our team are at the heart of everything we do. While I’m glad we were able to send out a free substitution to make things right in the moment, I wish we could have done more to ensure your meal was perfect. Your feedback is invaluable, and I’ll be addressing the concerns you mentioned, specifically regarding the temperature of the broth and managing our inventory better.    The food and service were excellent! Megan was very welcoming and attentive. Great place for drinks, date night, or just casual dinner. The ambiance was awesome! They told us they'll be changing the menu with the seasons, and I can't wait to see what they have! We will definitely be back.

   Exclusively a ramen restaurant. That said, a very good ramen restaurant. Great fresh add ins for the ramen. Great ambiance! Good wine list and bar. Great cocktails! Reasonable price

   So excited to have this place in Newberg! The concept, the attention to detail, the fun furniture and decor, the format of the menu, the pricing, Becca, and our server (so sorry I’m spacing her name) made our experience fantastic! Already looking forward to our next meal at Alpha Bravo!

    Everything about this place is cool. Really enjoy the intimate space and vibes. The ramen was very good. I've had, between our two visits, the pork belly, blue crab, and the mushroom protein option. All were tasty. The only item I haven't enjoyed was the corn topping it wasn't bad just didn't live up to the rest of the ingredients. We will definitely be back!
