A beautiful dining room, but a disappointing dinner. The wait staff were very nice and eager to please, but did not have the polish of fine dining and no knowledge of the wine list. Gratefully, the server suggested we split the apple and Beet salad, as it was quite large. The salad was good , but was served with grapefruit, not beets. Our entree selection of Wild Boar, although recommended was disappointing. The boar was dry and on the tough side, the chorizo that it wrapped overpowered the boar. The tomato based sauce did not mesh the flavors together, and the cauliflower seemed more raw than steamed. Our drinks were complimentary as an accommodation for or disappointment.
