What outstanding experience! Food was exciting, clever and super fresh (Winter Green Salad and Fondue for Two)! Ambience was super cool! Lilly was an amazing and professional server! And having Andre stop by our table to chat was over the top! Go to Alpinist NOW! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

We ate at the Chef’S Table at this wonderful new restaurant in Deer Valley last night to celebrate a special birthday.. The food, service and ambiance were all amazing. An amazing restaurant that we warmly endorse. We will be back! Thank you, Chef and all the team! 🙏🏻

Love the ambiance and the father/son chef(s). We came on a busy weekend and service was less attentive than we had hoped. Loved the main and dessert. Hoping others will enjoy this upscale ambiance at the Deer Valley Club.

We were excited to try this new restaurant since Deer Valley is lacking in dining options in the evenings. The newly remodeled restaurant is lovely and the wait staff is wonderful. The owner came by to introduce himself to our table which was a nice touch. The menu is very limited, but everything we ordered was delicious. They were very accommodating on my gluten intolerance and made adjustments to the menu for me. Same goes for my daughter who in addition to gluten free, can't do diary. My husband really like the Chicken Schnitzel with fries. The fries were quite good. I ordered from the prix fixe menu. The soup, winter salad and short ribs were excellent. My only feedback is to have more gluten/diary free options and to increase the menu options. Also the prix fixe menu needs two options per category. The website needs to be updated to mention the non prix fixe options that are available.

This was our second time there this month. The meal was delicious! They curated a beautiful prix fixe menu. The cocktails and wine selection were also excellent. Having James and Andre Dumas and their team back in town is great.
