Not sure what happened. Food was low quality. Barbacoa was good, everything else was lacking acid and too many menu items finished with aioli or some other creamy sauce making everything one note in the Tapas experience. The paella wasn’t paella it was wet rice with seafood of low quality! It was far from traditional and what I would expect when I read the word Paella on the menu. The cocktails were good and creative! I think the menu should have been good but just wasn’t.
