Participation of every guest is required. No substitutions or modifications with exceptions for allergies or dietary restrictions.     We have been loyal patrons of Amano since it first opened. We come with friends and family and for New Year celebrations. We love the atmosphere and the food is always delicious. Our major issue is the size of the portions. While we appreciate refined dining and value quality over quantity, some of the portions are embarrassingly tiny (one tentacle for the charred octopus and five small truffle ravioli.) It will keep us from returning because we always leave a little hungry.

    Very accommodating with shifting our reservation when we called to let them know we would be late. The atmosphere was great, and the food delicious. Our server Olivia was outstanding.

    Truthfully, it was an overall fantastic dinner. I love sitting at the bar and enjoying the ambiance. Food and service were delicious. Order the beet and burrata salad, beef carpaccio, ravioli with truffle, and spaghetti with shrimp and pork.

    Had our second meal here for a date night. This time for the prix fixe meal, and it did not disappoint. Exceptional quality, great service, including a very helpful sommeillier who helped us pick the perfect wine accompaniment at the right price - one we would not have chosen otherwise. We’ll be back!

    Amazing experience! Me and my partner went to Amano trattoria to celebrate our anniversary and couldn't ask for a better time the food was impeccable in taste, combination of flavors and présentation the personnel highly prepared and attentive all merged into a cozy warm atmosphere, a must try !!!

    Our experience was amazing from the minute we walked in until our last bite of dessert. The food was delicious, and the service was immaculate. The team working here are outstanding. Thank you so much for making my fiancé’s birthday perfect!
