Where Do I Park in Downtown? Now that our winter season is in FULL SWING in Delray Beach, you may find parking to be a challenge in Downtown, but there are plenty of lots and garages in Downtown Delray that are being underutilized during peak times. Even though the Delray Beach Market is closed for renovations - the private parking garage is still open. Enter on SE 1st Street. Other underutilized garages include Robert Federspiel Garage on SE 1st Avenue and 4th & 5th Delray (IPIC) Garage on SE 4th Avenue. Those public garages are free before 4pm and on Sundays.

Excellent! Every dish was delicious! Holly, our server, was charming and excellent! Wine was great. Delicious pita bread and mezzes. A wonderful evening and meal!

Everything at Amar was sublime, as always. This time we had the best server - Jayson. He was so knowledgeable on the new menu and happy to share opinions when asked. He directed us to some new dishes, the red pepper dip and the roasted potatoes, which we enjoyed. He paced the meal perfectly and did it with such joy and humor on a busy Saturday in season. We will always come back for the delicious food, kebabs with garlic,baba ganoush, hot puffy pita; but next time we will ask for Jayson. The new spot is beautiful with the same high level of hospitality. Do not miss Amar!

Having lived in the Middle East for a long time, I was happy to see Amar upgrade its menu and location in Delray Beach lately- Kudos to Nicolas and his team... the fattoush, falafel, hummus w shawarma, and shish taouk were no less delicious that you'd get at a restaurant in Lebanon.. the knafeh was delightful even if difficult to keep fresh when it has to be baked earlier in the day and heated for the dessert....keep it up..

The last time we at Amar the food was better. Our server was excellent. Stretched a little too thin with all the tables he had to serve. Stay away from the lamb chops, cauliflower, and baba ganoush. Better value is the 4 to 6 happy hour. Stick with the humus apps.

The food was great. We love the new location, but the belly dancer lady is extremely inappropriate. I would never take my children here and we didn’t enjoy it while eating.

We had an excellent dinner. The Kibbe was perfect and the Chicken Taouk also very tasty. Our server, Heather was very attentive and patient about answering questions about the menu. We will go again!

Amar is outstanding, the food is always delicious, staff are always warm and welcoming, service is very attentive. I could have done wo the belly dancer, but she actually did not detract from experience.
