My first time here and mixed feelings! The venue is stunning- really well laid out and beautiful. We are on the rooftop which has great views of the city. The service was good but there was a mix up with the order and two people in our group were left without a main course. The restaurant quickly sorted it out but it was awkward have some people not eating. Also, they automatically put a tip on the bill (which is very unusual for Mexico) but then they asked if we wanted to leave a tip. Not quite sure how they work this out but maybe it’s because it’s a hotel restaurant? I’d definitely go back and try it again.

PÉSIMO servicio! Súper desatentos desde el momento de entrar hasta el momento de salir. Teníamos reservación y nos ignoraban por completo. Al momento de sentarnos nadie venía a la mesa y al llamarle a uno de los pocos meseros literal nos torció los ojos. No había comida en ninguna de las cazuelas y no ponían atención para volverles a llenar. Fue una experiencia MUY desagradable.

Excelente comida, el ambiente ideal para ver el sunset, y disfrutar de la vista. La atención de primera! Vale totalmente la pena.

Did the wine pass at sunset, the view was great and worth the short drive from the center of town. Our waitress was super knowledgeable and so friendly. She helped chose wines based on our personal tastes and recommended two wines for that were perfect. We added the cheeseburger and they surprised us with some desserts for our anniversary. 100/10 recommend!

Absolutely amazing view. Sunset was outstanding! One of few restaurants that you could hold a conversation and hear. Food was great. Service was great. A+ to everyone!

Es un lugar con muy buena intención, pero no contaban con todas las cosas que tienen en el menú. Y la mesa se mueve. Está bien para conocer, pero no están bueno.
