   We enjoyed pre dinner drinks in The American Bar before going into The Savoy Grill for my husbands 60th birthday.The staff were so welcoming & courteous. The menu was extensive & the drinks served beautifully. The attention to detail & special touches (champagne on arrival) were impeccable. Such a memorable evening

   I booked well in advance, and for an early afternoon table. My companion was unusually late (by some margin), but the staff were more than understanding. The place was not busy, but their patience was very welcome. The spicey sausages were an excellent in-fill. The Big Apple cocktail was a revelation. The menu as usual mind expanding...

   Tonight my husband and I were so excited to go to the American bar while on our honeymoon. Our sever Leo was absolutely dismissive and we had to catch his attention for service numerous times. There was a couple at the bar over-served, loud, and vaping in the bar who were promptly served and had perfect service. We spoke to some of our surrounding guests who felt the same. Something we looked forward to was a large disappointment.

   Was a wonderful experience. I had a birthday voucher to use at the bar. I decided to ose it for my fiancé birthday and I made a note when booking that was his birthday. And they remembered and brought a little cake for him making the experience extra special. Our waiter was extremely helpful and did an excellent job Beautiful music, endless snacks and wonderful cocktails Highly recommend
