Americano far exceeded what we expected! It is absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful, elegant booths, stunning decor and so classy. Best martinis in the city and a great menu! We can't wait to go back!

Disaster at Americano Wine and Oyster Bar Americano was a total letdown. The steak frites had a bone in it, and the ceviche? Overloaded with an entire jar of olives—gross. The sticky, dirty menus didn’t help the vibe either. As for the drinks, they tasted like overpriced juice with zero alcohol. And no happy hour for food? For these prices, they should be trying harder. Save yourself the trouble—this place is not it.

I was really excited to try Americano but it was a huge let down. The food was unfortunately just really bad. Other hotel restaurants nearby such as Sommerset are way better. The oysters were essentially inedible, as was one of our main courses (the steak). The drinks were good, but not worth going back just for that.

If you plan to go for brunch, be aware there will be loud dance music playing. The vibe is energetic and club-ish. Food and service were average. Don’t plan on being able to hear the server or each other. Wish I knew this before going.

We had a lovely meal at Americanos. The cocktails were excellent!! We started with oysters and fried ravioli which were all very tasty. I had the halibut and the portion size was perfect. The restaurant is very swanky and so comfortable in the couch and comfy chairs. We will definitely be back!!!
