   Booked Amuse for my 15th anniversary with my husband, expecting a lovely lunch and a large bill at the end of the night. From the moment we arrived until we left, we were very well looked after. We even had a card waiting for us, signed by staff - nice touch! The alcohol free drinks menu was good and the Tanqueray mocktail was so moreish! My husband loved the Macallan cocktail and the wine was beautiful. I'm pregnant and my special request for well done beef medallion (devastated!) was executed to perfection. Everything we ate was delicious, with a good amount of time between dishes. The instrumental music was relaxing and a good volume to have a conversation, without feeling like everyone could hear us. This place IS expensive. They definitely get you with the extras, but this was something we were expecting and we didn't grudge paying the 12.5% service charge after the lovely experience we had.    We had a small table at the top of the stairs which had lots of traffic as you can imagine, I’d opt for nicer table next time but appreciate it was busy

   Restaurant and food was amazing will 100% be back food was amazing and staff were very attentive the birthday card was a lovely gesture to and just topped up a utter first class experience

   If you are looking for something with high quality ingredients and preparation in Aberdeen this is the spot. They have a tasting menu with locally sourced ingredients as well as professional and friendly staff. They have great wines by the glass and better by the bottle. The pricing is quite modest in comparison to what you would get elsewhere for the same amount. Certainly one of the better dining experiences I have had throughout Scotland and as wine collector and holder of distinction for the WSET they do a great job in their selections and pairings.

   Lovely Lunch from the Christmuse festive menu. Salmon starters perfect with the Champagne; Trout looked amazing & more substantial than the Beef (beautifully tender & tasty, but needed more Veg); Chocolate Mousses delicious with the Pouderoux dessert wine. Thoroughly enjoyable! Good selection of wines available by the glass, keen to return!

    This was a lovely restaurant to visit beautiful setting and great ambience. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, knowledgeable about menu and offered great suggestions. The menu was excellent value for high quality of food. There was range of drinks and we had lovely choices that accompanied our food. Amazing winter squash and soup starters. Guinea fowl and beef was excellent from main courses. Cheese course was lovely. The rice pudding was very tasty but the poached pear was on on the firm side and the bowl with ridges meant the rice grains got a little bit stuck! There was a lovely birthday card as this was a celebration meal. We are in Aberdeen very frequently and I would not hesitate to return.
