   I felt a different atmosphere there than anywhere else and I mean that in a good way. You get great food with even better customer service. You even have a guy there who jokes with you with light humor. The look inside the restaurant is stunning. Well worth the money.

   Food was good but not as great as the original in Chia. Second floor ambiance is not great and AC wasn’t as good as the first floor. After being a fan of the original in Chia for almost 20 years, I rather keep going to that one.

   Even though we made a reservation for two, upon arrival they had reserved high top bar seats, which faced a wall and the bar. We had to wait an additional 45 minutes for a table. Which we used this platform to reserve days in advance. When sat, we requested Colombian beer Águila, which they were out of. We requested a replacement Colombian beer, Club Colombia, which they were also out of, despite being a Colombian restaurant. Terrible place, such a disappointment to the other locations.

   The food was really good, pretty similar to the Andres restaurant in Bogota. The only complaint is the prices. They are ridiculously high. Aside from that the service was great, and the music made our meal a very enjoyable experience. Would definitely return!

   Terrible servicio por parte de uno de los chicos, que de mala forma se acercó a mi mesa a decirme en qué término debería pedir la carne, el problema fue la forma poco respetuosa con la que me habló, no quiero que nadie pierda su trabajo, pero a él le hace falta entrenamiento. La chica que nos atendió Alejandra, fue maravillosa y muy educada. Demoraron muchísimo para traer la comida también. Decidí retirarme del lugar y hasta para traer la cuenta demoraron

   Service was slow & un attentive. Our waiter Emilio asked us for water upon arrival & it never came, he was not attentive to us, spent most of his time just standing around & talking with the other employees. I have been to this same restaurant in Cartagena, Colombia & the strive was 100% times better! The food was palatable but nothing like Colombia! The empanadas were dried out & the arepa was horrible & the chorizo tasted nothing like Colombian chorizo it was more stale than anything. Over all this was not a good experience.
