Great food. Great service. There was a large group taking up about half the restaurant, so the noise levels were very high, but that’s no one’s fault. We will definitely be back!

Tacos were mediocre especially pork and chicken ones although the battered baja shrimp ones were good. We had 2 groups of 4 and the hostess wouldn’t make any effort to sit us together (app would not allow a reservation for 8) although there was space. Servers were great however. Wouldn’t return based on several family members having disappointing meals.

Margaritas were top notch. We did the salsa tasting platter and would highly recommend. The beef and fish tacos were a highlight.

I have been to Anejo in Banff before and had a great experience so I’m not sure if they were just experiencing difficulties on this particular day that I returned but the service was quite poor. Upon entering a sign directed us to wait to be seated but no hostess was present and we waited unattended for over 10 minutes. We were eventually seated and waited another 20-25 minutes before having our order taken. The food was prompt to arrive but we eventually had to flag down a waiter to ask about the status of our drinks which had never come. We were finished our meal before our drinks ever arrived. At no point during our meal were we asked how we were doing or if there was anything we needed. We were looking forward to having a few margaritas but decided to just ask for our bill as we weren’t going to wait around to receive another round of drinks at the pace of our first round. Very disappointed with our experience. We had a reservation well in advance, and the restaurant was not at all busy enough to warrant such inattention and delays.

Went to Anejos with some friends to check out the deal they had on. Great service from Quade, super helpful recommendations on the food and drinks. Lovely atmosphere and a great evening. 100% will be back.

Food was fresh, and delicious. There wasn't a single bad menu option. Everything was good to fabulous. Top notch service staff, delicious drinks, and very speedy service. Only knock is drinks will set you back $, but they're hand crafted and superb.
