   Super Pub with quality restaurant. Nice range of beers and wines by the glass plus more extensive bottle collection Great starters. Super. Main course. All in all great

   I found the table was a bit small for four and the staff seemed anxious to locate us to the very busy rear dining room. My fish and chips seemed a bit “corporate” meaning they didn’t seem prepared and cooked in the kitchen.

   Delicious food as always and very good service. Always enjoy our meals at the Anglesey Arms and would highly recommend.

   The only thing I felt was wrong was that there was only one ladies toilet. I went with my husband and a couple of friends for a lunch time catch up. Ambience, service and quality of food was good and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

   Lovely, cosy pub…log fire on and happy staff. Food was delicious. My main was not available but the chef made me something bespoke and it was fab! Thank you!

   We were a table of 6 that included 2 teenagers and we were all very happy with our food and service. The table was lovely and room was warm and welcoming. All great thank you

   Restaurant was cold , £9 for a bowl of soup which was lucky if it was half a bowl

   Hi Garry, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We do apologise that you had a disappointing visit. In terms of the temperature of the restaurant, unfortunately we had a log burner installed that we had to wait to settle in and therefore we were unable to light it until today. We do hope that you raised the issue regarding the portion size of the soup at the time with your server as we would've been happy to rectify this at the time.
