   The staff was great and attentive. We tried the Chef's Menu. Overall it was good tasting food even if one, or two of the dishes weren't to our liking. I don't put that on the food, it was more of a personal preference thing. Like I don't care for cucumbers or hummus, so the tomato hummus with cucumbers wasn't my fave. It was a bit noisy to try to have a clear conversation from across the table. We would definitely go back to eat there again. Overall a great experience.

   Great food and service. Appreciate the attention to detail regarding the timing of the food and drink pairings. Also well done with my request for gluten free. They had gluten free options on the tasting menu that never felt less than and the entire staff knew of my request. Thank you fo a wonderful dinner.

   Wonderful dinner, we had the tasting menu for my boyfriends birthday. We lived every single item, all the way down to the dessert.

   A great date night at anima by Edo everything was perfection don’t miss on a tasting menu and make sure your add the octopus dish it was so delicious . This place feel like you eating a Michelin star dinner at a resonnable price and the service was immaculate the team is so friendly and the owner as well . We will make sure we will try the 2 other spots their have. Thank you for the amazing experience

   The food was absolutely delicious. We had the Brussels, cauliflower, steak, risotto, salad, Foie grass. The portions were perfect to charge for two. The drinks were also delicious. The staff very polite and friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was casual elegance. Not loud and very relaxing. Other than that the place itself was very chic. Let’s not forget the chocolate mouse for dessert. We fought over the last bite. Thank you for a great evening.

    We were in town from LA and wanted to try something elevated away from the strip. My co-worker who lives in the neighborhood and recommended this place. He was absolutely right. Everything was amazing. We ordered Peruvian scallops, pan con tomate with boquarones, tomato Hummus, smoked hamachi crudo, octopus, cavatelli with bone marrow and Branzino. We could tell that the chef has great respect for the ingredients and seasonality. Teriyaki sauce, we felt, did not complement hamachi crudo. Ponzu, Yuzu ponzu, or Kabosu ponzu may go well to brighten up hamachi and cut the oiliness of yellowish. The service was impeccable. All staff was courteous and professional. We cannot wait to return and try other menu items.
