   We all (3 guests) ordered the tenderloin medium rare. My son ordered fries instead of mashed potatoes. My husband ordered a starter caesar salad. Our food arrived prior to my husband receiving his salad. His salad arrived about 5 minutes after the entrees. My husband ate his salad and by the time he got to his entree his food was cold. My steak was medium - not medium rare. The waitress didn't offer to process payment for us - instead indicating the QR code on the receipt could be scanned. We had a $50 gift certificate that could not be processed via our cell phone. The server scanned in the coupon for us but then again told my husband he could pay the remainder via scanning the QR code instead of processing his card for him. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.

   This is a nice spot and I really enjoyed the view. A little slow on service, but it was busy and they were polite and kind so all is well. I would go there again and again and again.

   We had the filet and ribeye. Both were cooked perfectly and delicious. The Washington Manhattan was well made. We enjoyed the view of the water.

   As usual the food at Hearthfire was excellent. We not only had an outstanding meal but also a wonderful view of the Puget Sound.

    Time lapse from ordering the meal to getting served the entree was long, 40 minutes: I had request a check on the preparation progress. After 16 years dining at this facility, this is a first experience we didn’t really enjoy.
