   I have been in twice over the last 2 weeks. I had received an ad on Facebook regarding a lobster special good through November 27, 2024. It states it is a 3 course meal for $29 including starter, lobster dinner and dessert. First time I went in I was told it was only until 5:30 and it was 6:00. Nothing in the add said a 5:30 cutoff. Went back yesterday at 5:00 for the special and our server new nothing about a 3 course special.

   The hostess was awesome! The most attentive person there! The food was very good - you can’t beat the lobster special they do every year. It was packed when we first got there & so when went up to the bar for a quick drink. The bartender acknowledged us and we had drinks and less than five minutes. Once seated, we had to wait a little bit for a server, which because it was so busy was understandable.  by this time we had finished our drinks from the bar and asked for a wine list.  Our food was delivered and we still had no wine list so we asked again. After a few minutes, my husband asked a butter if he could get the wine list for us. Our server must’ve noticed we had a wine list and came over and asked what we would like. We ordered a wine and a few minutes later she came over to tell us that the computer indicated they were out of that specific wine. She followed up asking if we wanted her to “double check that” ??? we were halfway through with our meals and just wanted someone to go with the meal. Which chose a different bottle & it was delivered quickly.  Ordering dessert was much of the same - actually place an order felt like a hassle. Our server was very nice and she could’ve just been having an off night as far as seeming to forget about us while making plans for the night with other employees. As I said, everyone was nice, it just could have been so much better.

   Took forever to get drinks and food. Once our food arrived 40 min later after order, steak was not cooked. Music did not fit the ambiance/environment and food quality was not up to par.

   Lobster special was excellent. Steak was good but a little tough. Chowder and salad were very good. Wish they had some other vegetable other the brussels sprouts, which neither of us like very much. Restaurant was cold. Even with sweater and fleece we were both still cold. Very good service.

   We went on my husbands birthday and the whole experience was just perfect! Great food, service, not overly noisy, comfortable chairs, everything was wonderful!

    We celebrated my birthday and ordered the lobster bucatini and it did not disappoint! We always have had a delicious meal and we don't get out that often, but it was a win-win with a birthday email allowing us to use a $20 off on 2 dinners. The waiter was more than accommodating and was helpful when we made our selection.
