I’m not really sure what I can positively say about this restaurant, other than the fact that I don’t think it really should be in existence for anyone outside of a Marriott reservation. In other words, if you’re stuck at the Marriott and you need something to eat, and this is a great option. But, if you’re considering driving from anywhere to come here to eat, the value is not there. As one of their specials was a $65 New York strip steak. The hamburger was $27 and the fish and chips, cod only since they were out of halibut, was $25. The food quality looked like it was that of a Cisco food distributor, and not something that I would’ve expected from a higher quality restaurant. The potatoes were factory cut into french fries shapes, and the rest of the food was mediocre at best. We asked for the hamburger to come out, medium rare and it came out medium well too well done. I can’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

New chef’s food is surprising and great. World food, very well done. Huge improvement from past experiences, it is a good reason to stay in this airport hotel now.

Bar food was NOT what we expected. Our fault for not looking at menu better. And even the car food wasn’t that good. Service was OK since there were just two tables on Xmas eve. Also can’t blame the restaurant, but never had a hazy ipa that wasn’t hazy or a jammy pinot noir.

Not worth the special trip if you aren't staying at the hotel already. Parking was very unclear for dinner guests; we needed to ask valet what to do. The parking lot is far opposite end from the restaurant, so you either have to walk all the way around the hotel's exterior, or navigate all the interior hallways to find it. Our reservation was meaningless; we waited 20 min to even be acknowledged by the single staff member at the restaurant. She then sent us over to have dinner in the bar because she was too busy to serve us! Their saving grace was that the food was tasty, and the server in the bar was nicer. The price was highfor what we got, but it's a hotel restaurant. We won't be back unless actually a guest in the hotel and have limited options.

We ate here at the start and end of our Seattle visit, 10/17/24 and 10/21/24. Hotel restaurnts are usually pretty average and the first night we ate there due to a late arrival and seeing mostly good reviews. The second time was by choice. The hotel bar serves the same food but is way too loud to talk. The restaraunt was a little overly bright, but quiet. The table layout maximized capacity but did not offer much privacy with most tables, ala NYC sardine seating. Three hightop booths and a couple tables along the wall had the best seating for a private conversation. The chairs themselves were comfortable enough. Things improved immensely from there. Both waiters approached us pleasantly and proffessionally. Our table server listened to our interest, seafood seafood seafood, and suggested several options and specials. She quickly realized we are pretty informal diners and joined us in having a good time. Then came the real surprize, well cooked food. We started with a seafood duo of shrimp and crab cake with an arugala salad. The shrimp was plump, moist and free of any off flavors, cooked just to the right point of doneness. Three small fried crab cakes, mostly crab, were equally delicious with a fine panko like breading that had a wonderful crispness. The best surprize was the evening special, a boullibaisse with manilla clam, shrimp, crab, salmon and halibit (I think). All perfectly cooked, which takes some skill, served in a ciopinno brooth with a side of buttery broth. The second time we repeated the seafood duo and had the steelhead special, again, perfectly cooked. The staff treated us like old friends and this time we had a booth. Prices are high, like everywhere in Seattle, but in this case the food and service were well worth it.

My wife and I dined there on a Wednesday night recently. The place was quiet, well decorated, and the staff was quick to come to our table with water and then menus. The waitress was very courteous and efficient, and as we found shortly personable. The food came quickly enough and was delicious. Neither of us could finish the generous portion. This was one of the best things about our stay there and we will probably return in the future.

Our server was very nice however my order was incorrect. Ordered burger medium done with no fries but Caesar salad. Burger was ‘rare’, came with fries, and no salad….. Place is very outdated and parking lot has not been maintained. Lots of potholes and bumps and you have to walk all the way around the property to gain entrance to lobby/restaurant.
