   It was kitchen amateur day. Our server saved the night. After reseating three times to get out of loud and high-traffic area, we finally settled in just loud area. Drinks were made with some odd mixes and tasted like bad powdered lemonade. Too sweet, and chemically tasting. Don’t order the Sushi Bowl: the ahi was questionable, odd, sandy substance on avacado, and liberally applied spicy mayonnaise, which became the dominant flavor. They packed our desserts and squooshed them. Strawberry shortcake was super dry. Usually this restaurant is much better, but yesterday they had a tough night.

   Reserved a round table for 8 in a quiet area; nice table but very noisy; saw other tables available in a more quiet; asked to be moved & was told those tables were already reserved (?)!. Meals were ordered, served pretty fast except 1 was a wrong order; 7 of us had almost finished dinner when the correct dinner was finally delivered; took over 15 minutes; complained & late dinner was brought out in less than 5 minutes. Waitress gave the receipts to wrong customers; all 4 of us!

   Food is very good but service continues to be falling. Have changed the desert selection to a seasonal selection in lieu of the the classics, add to it but don’t take away the favorites that are expected. Had reservations through open table and still had to wait. Not highly recommended.

   Waiter was inattentive and slow. Steak was so so and key lime pie tasted not like key lime pie.

   Perfect place to bring the family. Very kid friendly restaurant and staff. Had a wonderful time. Food was good too

   Don't bother making a reservation because they don't check you in and don't tell you when your table is ready. We ended up there early and checked in. Totally fine waiting for our reservation time. Our time came and went and they just told us that they're busy so it will be longer... We asked how much longer and they said other people who checked in are waiting an hour. Well, we got there about an hour early, so that should mean we're close, right? Apparently not. Eventually, we went up to check again and they said our table had been ready for 20 minutes but they never told us.... We were by the hostess stand the whole time. The food was fine, but I don't think I'd go back after our experience.

   We were disappointed in the menu...most plates were served with Tilapia as the fish...Tilapia is a poor quality fish....low grade fish....Tilapia should not even be on the menu for a upper end restaurant.

   The food was cold, not sure of the reason I believe short on wait staff The dessert a strawberry cake was frozen solid and we had to get another choice. Disappointing.
