Welcome to Arlo, an elegant restaurant that boasts two spacious floors, with the first floor featuring a large open kitchen and an atmosphere that blends California farmhouse with a classic LA noire feel. A beautiful 15-foot fig tree welcomes you to our second floor as well as a baby grand piano and unhindered views of serene rolling hills. Two bars with seating will allow you to enjoy our handcrafted cocktails and over 250 wines hand selected to be paired with your meal.

At Arlo, we have combined a menu that you can proudly look upon as your favorite local restaurant, as well as a design that will impress for all special occasions. Our chefs prepare locally sourced seafood, fresh pastas, Waygu and USDA Prime-grade steaks from the finest and freshest ingredients. Tantalize your tastebuds with intriguing and fun new dishes such as our duck breast topped with a chocolate chip cookie crumble.

    My husband and I went there for brunch to celebrate an anniversary . We didn’t know what to expect since we never had been there before. We were pleasantly surprised. There was valet service. We were greeted by a lovely hostess. The ambience was beautiful. The waiter was terrific. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We were even entertained by a violinist. We were also surprised with a complementary dessert. Definitely will go back again.

    Beautiful restaurant..food was very good with the except for the pan seared halibut..it was seared slightly too long which made it hard to cut. Other than that food was very good. The service was amazing! We sat down stairs...it was much too noisy from the open kitchen layout. Plates clanking and we could hear the chefs talking very loudly to one another...next time we will sit upstairs.

    We had a wonderful dinner at Arlo in Northport on Friday night. Our server was very attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. My boyfriend ordered the strip steak with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts, while I had the special—jumbo shrimp with large rigatoni in a pesto sauce. The dish was flavorful yet not overly filling, which I really appreciated. For dessert, we shared the apple à la mode, which was absolutely delicious. The ambiance is lovely, and we would definitely come back!

    Party of six, dinner for wife’s birthday. Outstanding service. Drinks and food were delicious. Started with baked clams and shrimp cocktail. Then two couples each ordered Tomahawk steak for two(special) with side lobster tails. Wife had the Lobster Pappardelle. Shared sides… mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and Mac/cheese. Dessert apple crumb, cheesecake, chocolate mouse, chocolate flourless cake(special). All very tasty. Bit pricey but overall excellent meal.

    My first time to this restaurant and it has now become my new favorite one on Long Island! It was truly a dining experience, it wasn’t just going out for dinner. Everything was five star level. The attention to detail with the menu, the service, the little “extras“ went above and beyond. I do not live “locally“ and drove almost an hour but it was worth it. I would go there again today! An extra special thank you to our waiter Joe, who made excellent recommendations and to the manager Angel who made us feel very welcome.

    Beautiful restaurant and the staff was very nice. For the price (very high) the food was fair. I had the tuna-very good, but not crazy about the greens it came with or the huge asparagus side. Coffee also weak. Parking was a disaster as well and we were there Sunday at 5. We sent back the soda as we thought the machine was dirty or broken.

    The food was delicious! Beautiful decor inside and out. The ambiance was amazing and so was the service. Our waiter was very pleasant and the staff pay attention to the details which I appreciate.
