   We ordered a salmon dinner to take home when we ordered our dinners. When we were finished and asked for the other meal, we then waited 35 minutes. I don't blame our server as she was quite nice but very very busy with too many customers. I asked if we could substitute a baked potato for the spinach for dietary reasons for the "take out" and told No. I ordered a baked potato and was charged $6.95 for it which I do believe was excessive. I have learned a valuable lesson.

   Went for the St. Patrick’s Day specials and they were delicious! The corned beef was so tender and flavorful as were the veggies and cabbage. Horseradish was brought to us upon asking. The service was outstanding. We never waited for a thing.

   Went here for a business lunch. Very impressed by the service and the speed that the food came out. Everything was hot and the order was accurate.

   My husband and I were married at Arrowhead in 2020, so for our 5th anniversary we decided to have dinner there to celebrate. From what I saw upon entering, the dining room was empty except for us and one other family, and yet our waitress was hardly around. I think we only spoke to her 4-5 times in the hour and a half we were there. One time that she stopped, I'm almost certain it was because she heard me ask my husband: "was that our waitress that just walked past us?" The bread basket appetizer was fine at best - $5 seemed steep for 4 small rolls, which all had hard spots on them like they were partially stale. My husband's prime rib was the only impressive part of either of our meals. It was well cooked, well seasoned, and seemed to be a fair price. I had chicken ditalini soup which I left half finished. It had a bit of grease or oil on the top and you could tell that it had been sitting under a heat lamp while they cooked my husband's meal. Ceasar salad was also just "fine". Before getting the check (we'd been waiting for 15-20 minutes after she'd given us the dessert menu), I went to the bathroom only to walk past the hostess stand to see that THAT was where our waitress seemed to have spent her time: socializing with other employees. Overall I was disappointed that we drove so far out of our way in anticipation of a special meal that was sub-par at best.

   Great selection of handhelds on the menu. Wait staff was lovely and attentive. All our orders in our party of 6 came out right. Acoustics were good for hearing table conversations and not the people next to us. Restaurant was clean and ambiance was nice. Only thing Id change is they need bigger wine/water glasses. The small size of them gives a 90’s vibe to an otherwise great meal.

   The service was fair at best. The staff member did not input my order correctly, so the wrong dish was served and had to be corrected. By the time the correct entree was delivered, my guest was just about done with her meal. The staff member was not very hospitable or apologetic. In fact, I saw zero emotions from her even when greeted at the table the first time. Not even a smile.

   The atmosphere, food and service was great. We went to Arrowhead to celebrate a milestone birthday. Because of the items mentioned and the value in going...We will be back. I highly recommend. JWV

    Service was efficient and friendly! Large menu with lots of options. Fried shrimp basket always my favorite.
