    奥まった場所にあるので探すのは大変ですが、その分落ち着いた雰囲気、かつ禁煙なのでとても居心地が良かったです。 サービスもつかず離れずで、良かったです。 残念なのがスコーン。火が中まで入り過ぎて硬くてふたつに割れなかったことです。 アフタヌーンティーなのでスコーンを何より楽しみに伺うため、次回は改善お願いします！ お料理も飲み物も美味しくて大変満足しています。 良いお店を知ったのでこれからは沢山活用させていただきますね。

    ロビーラウンジでありながら予約ができ、きちんとした対応をしてただけるので安心して利用できます。混雑時は注文をとりにくるのにやや時間がかかったり、声をかけたくても人がいないことがあるのがやや難。

    友人とゆっくりおしゃべりができました。 沢山の紅茶のメニューから選ぶのも楽しいです。四時間くらい滞在したかも。

    商談に活用させて頂きました。予約時に希望した席の配慮をして頂き、利用時間中は安心してお話に専念できました。食べ物も美味しく良かったです。席と席の間は程よく離れているので、他の席の話し声が聞こえても気になりません。ソファー席もあり、大きな窓際からの景色も明るい印象でした。また利用させて頂きたいと思います。

    友人の双子ベビーカーが大きいため、入れるゆったりとしたスペースのあるところを、と事前に下見をして予約しました。 私も子ども連れでベビーカーが二台でしたがスペースの広いお席を用意していただきました。 授乳室が目の前なのも良かったです。 打ち合わせをされてる方が多い中、双子ちゃんが泣いてしまったので申し訳ありませんと言ったのですが、スタッフの方は大丈夫ですよ、と親切にしていただきました。みな親切でした。 ゆっくりと時間が流れているので、また伺いたいと思います。

    雰囲気はとてもよく、落ち着いてお茶することができました。あと、ネットで席が予約できるのも魅力だと思いました。色んなシーンで活用できるので、また利用したいと思います。

    予約をしたため、窓際の席を用意してくださいました。 落ち着く場所でゆっくりと打ち合わせできました。 長居もしましたが、親切丁寧な接客をしていただき、とても助かりました。 素敵なお茶を飲みながらゆっくり仕事の打ち合わせや勉強会をしたいときにまた利用させていただきたいです。ありがとうございました。

    ２回目の利用でしたが、前回同様スタッフが全く注文を取りに来ない。 上座に座る取引先相手の方が通りかかったスタッフに、「すみませーん！！」と声を掛けて呼び止めていて（フロアを見渡せる位置なので）、非常に申し訳ない気持ちになりました。 前回に至ってはドリンクに虫が入っており、近くにスタッフもいなかったため、パントリーの入り口まで行って声を掛ける始末。 １回目だけならまだしも２回目も同じようなスタッフ対応だったため、残念な印象が定着しました。 せっかく雰囲気がいいのにもったいないです。 価格に見合っていないと感じます。 むしろカジュアルレストランのほうが着席後すぐにオーダーを取りに来るのに… 改善していただかないと恥ずかしくて利用できません。

    スタッフのサービスが最低でした。人数が足りていないのか、お願いしたくても無視されるばかり。やっと気づいてくれて一見、笑顔ですが目が笑っていない。慇懃無礼というのはこのことだなと思いました。コーヒーのお代わりをお願いしても忘れられる。二度目に頼んで10分後にやっと来る。さらにコーヒーの味がまずい。トイレの場所を聞いたら、「このフロアにはございません。」と笑顔でぴしゃり。ホテルでここまで味もサービスも最低なお店は初めてです。仕事の打ち合わせで場所的にちょうどよかったので使わせていただきましたが、サービスがこの始末だったので、途中打ち合わせがぎこちなくなることもあり、正直お金を返してほしいです。
