Filipino flavours meets Melbourne fine dining ! The staff were super attentive and very friendly. Gorgeous dining area and great vibe. The food WOW WOW WOW ! It is VERY rare I am speechless but each and every dish left me without words except for “ more please !” We had the kare kare donut, bbq skewer , sky flakes cracker with sardine , the bone marrow clay pot rice , the market fish and ube cake along with 2 cocktails. Each and every dish was amazing and left us excited for the next ! Absolutely phenomenal meal that we will be talking about for a very long time ! Thanks Askal

My friend and I got dinner here and had their $129pp ‘piyesta’ feed me menu. Unfortunately, it was a big miss for us :( We found our entrees good but soon after that, everything was just so-so. My friend had the sweet potato & enoki mushroom ukoy as a dish allergy alternative and was unable to finish it because it was too oily. The claypot rice with the bone marrow was good, but the beef that came with it was very tough and chewy and we were unable to finish most of it. We were also disappointed with their leche flan as we found the Tanduay rum caramel a bit too strong and overpowering. We are both long-term hospo workers and we agreed that the service given to us was below average. Within the 2 hours of our booking, we’ve not been asked how our food was. I expected a better service if we are paying at such price point. Also, I just found it a bit rude to be given the bill, mid-conversation, without us even asking for it. I felt like we were being rushed even though my friend clearly still had a drink to finish. We left shortly anyways. Given all this, I find it very difficult to justify paying $129 for so-so food and below average service. I am Filo myself and I’m all for supporting Filo businesses but really sorry to say I don’t think I would recommend this place to my friends nor would I see myself coming back here anytime soon.

We had a great experience overall-delectable foods, superb service and the on the rocks ube crème liqueur, Love ni Nanay. What a let-down is the Carabao Mango pate de fruit which is quite pricey for such a small dessert that tastes like the ordinary mangorind. But as I said, we had an awesome experience.
