Assembly is our late night, village Bar & Bistro in the heart of Low Bradfield, working the evening shift on behalf of The Schoolrooms! We also now serve Sunday roasts!
With the help of talented local chefs, we provide a superb dining experience for all occasions, putting a modern twist on traditional British dining.

    This was our first time at The Assembly although we have been to the Schoolrooms a number of times over the last 11 years. The staff were very polite and professional and attentive. We did have a long wait but it was a busy Sunday afternoon. The food was very good although my beef was a bit fatty. Overall we were very pleased and will definitely be going back.

    Yes this is a very reliable comfortable ,friendly, Restaurant. We've been here on Several occasions with different friends and family. It has been consistently very good .its why We go back. It's a Real Find and a very Nice night Out .

    Both the food and the service was excellent. We had the 3-course supper club menu and it was delicious. We had the Yorkshire pudding & beef brisket starter and the beef & ale pie & the burger for mains. We were really full but couldn’t resist the rice pudding for dessert. We will definitely be coming back soon to try the fish & chips.

    Beautiful place to sit and have dinner. Waitress so lovely. Apologised for a wait we hadn't really noticed. Felt like a real treat. Loved it. Can't wait to come back

    Excellent food- had beef roast, pork loin and fish n chips! Great staff, pleasant and efficient but did not rush us at any time. Gorgeous festive decorations and atmosphere. Will definitely return! Thank you for a lovely Sunday lunch.

    A wonderful place. Friendly helpful staff, great decor, delicious food- several menus to choose from. Great place with an area you could use for drinks pre or post meal, and a lovely area upstairs for eating. Easy to find and onsite free parking. Would highly recommend.
