From 1 June to 31 August, The St. Regis Singapore presents The Astor Grill, a restaurant pop-up concept inspired by the great chophouses set in early century New York and built on the storied legacy and rituals of St. Regis. The Astor Grill celebrates two essential aspects: quality cuts from premium suppliers and bespoke dining experiences.
The Astor Grill's A La Carte Menu is now available for Lunch and Dinner.

Afternoon Tea Ritual and Sunday Brunch at Brasserie Les Saveurs are still available.

Afternoon Tea Ritual is available from Monday to Sunday.

Sunday Brunch is available on Sunday, during brunch.

During Sunday Brunch, a nice quiet table away from the music band would be good. On other days, we prefer the Alcove Table. Thank you.

Amazing staff, food, attention to detail, and perfect ambiance. We enjoyed our wonderful dinner and can’t wait to return. The wine and dessert were outstanding. The chefs came to every table which made the evening!

The selection is limited but quality over quantity! Amex made it even more worth it as it was 50% off for 2 diners. I just wished there was no live music performance because it didn't sound pleasant and was noisy. Jazz or piano pieces over the PA would have made the ambience more inviting.

Food quality is amazing. Do get the Parma ham as starters. The lunch set is very worth and well rounded, you get a starter, main + side, and dessert. Steak was cooked perfectly & tender. Celebrated my partner’s birthday & they gave us a complimentary cake.

The seafood was great! Constant flow of lobsters, Alaskan crabs and oysters. Definitely worth repeat visits for seafood lovers. Service was impeccable.
