We have a reservation and the table wasn’t ready until 20 min later. The servers never came to our table and we been waiting for a while to order and then we wait 1 hour to get that food. They don’t have a plan b in case if rains. Need to fix to customer service a lot.

Oswell was amazing young man. The drinks were perfect. Service was outstanding. We at at the the restaurant downstairs and it was perfect. The views were spectacular

We had reservations and when we arrived to the rooftop we were surprised that it did not seem as if you needed reservations. People just came in and sat on their own. They had small bites which were very good. It was interesting when we were there we checked Open Table for open reservations on the rooftop and it said they were fully booked all night which might explain why it was not busy. Bartender, Isaac, was an excellent bartender who made great drinks and was very pleasant.

Need to improve on the food served. Its too pricey for just serving ham and cheese and cold small bites. A few more options perhaps may be included to offer a better menu for customers. The views are gorgeous and the staff is friendly. But took too long to serve us.

I reserved a table for a group of 9. They answered all my questions prior to the venue. The service, food, ambiance and overall look was great. We had a mighty good time. And it didn't rain!
