   Our server was not great. Never checked on drinks. We had to wait to clear our table and wait agin to bring us a machine to lay. Took so long we felt we could have walked out.

   It is great that Atlas has opened up in the ICE Distract again. The food is great and one of our favorite places to enjoy a meal downtown. Shout out to William who was our service as he was very professional and made sure every detail was looked after. He is a great addition to the ATLAS experience and deserves and atta boy!

   Trust me I had a wonderful experience yesterday at this place Place the customer service to the food was Wow, I love it. Definitely I will be visiting more often Yana (the service Lady) was my great and so nice to us yesterday hahaha reasons why I got to know her name.

   The food was absolutely amazing and the steak was cooked to perfection. It just melted in my mouth. It took us a while to get service at first. We were waiting about 15 minutes, but when Candice came by, she was absolutely apologetic and made it up to us by providing Exceptional customer service throughout the night and even providing us with a free dessert to make up for the mishap. We paired our meal with the prisoner wine and it was just perfection.

   Our attendant for the evening was William and he provided fantastic service throughout the evening. My suggestion would to keep the $55-5 course meal deal once every month or other month to attract more patrons. And perhaps a chefs choice meal for a deal.

   The food was amazing. Our service was OK. We had complementing wine to every course however it never came out on time and we had it after each course. Otherwise everything was really amazing.

    We were having a great time - food was delicious, and our server was fantastic until it was time to settle the bill. I had trouble with my debit card as, for some reason, it keeps saying insufficient funds when there is funds available. When my boyfriend had to step out to get money from an ATM machine, the maitre d for some reason felt the need to make me feel as if I was going to make a run for it and told our server, in a non-discreet way to "Don't leave here" meaning don't leave me alone or I may escape. To me, there are ways to ensure a customer will not run away from their obligation to pay without having to humiliate, especially if the customer is actually having genuine card trouble. I didn't like the experience at all. The food was great in Atlas, but the staff could do more training in terms of customer service. Mary Cher

    We are glad you had a great food while you were here at Atlas, but I would also like to apologize. I am sorry that you felt that we were hovering over you to prevent a dine and dash. I was only trying to communicate to your server that he should remain close by in case your partner returned before I could. I know that the payment process had already taken a large chunk of time, and I did not want your partner to return and for you to sit there waiting for your server after your partner returned with the money. I apologize for how this came off to you, I genuinely believed you, I was just trying to prevent further waits. I hope you can forgive us, and visit again, I would love to make it up to you.
