   We thoroughly enjoyed our Attica experience. It was fun experiencing unfamiliar flavours, the theme was well thought out and the food was delicious. The service was attentive, we felt very at ease. What a delight!

   A very delicate menu with exclusively sourced Australian ingredients designed to WOW! Intimate seating allows for opportunity to connect, reflect and observe. We really enjoyed The Garden. We ended up leaving prior to the last course being served but were able to get it in a takeaway box.

   Food was exquisite, expensive yes but worth every penny. Staff were lovely and very knowledgeable. A must for any foodie.

   The service at attica is generally excellent itjust felt quite tired the other night our drink glasses got cleared no one asked if we wanted another drink I had to ask at the end of the next course was given the drink menu but no one came to take our order at the end of the next course I asked again at the end of the next course we got our drinks 3 courses with out a drink we sat for a while with dirty plates it was just disappointing for a 3 hat restaurant

   I'm so sorry to read this Keith, while we don't hold ourselves against any hat standard, we certainly care about yours. The level we aim for in the attention to detail of our service is far away from what you explain here and I'm really disappointed to know this happened.    I have had the privilege of eating at a few of the highest rated restaurants in the world. I have never had an experience like i had at Attica last night, it was beyond expectations. The ambience when you walk in is simple, elegant with a little bit of obscurity in the artwork to really make it pop. The service was beyond anything i have experienced in Melbourne it was attentive, polite and friendly, the front of house team want to be there and clearly love what they do and were also incredibly knowledgeable of the food they were serving, more so than most chefs. The food, THE FOOD! Everything was divine! Chefs are masters of flavour balance, every single little item was cooked to perfection. The seasoning was perfectly balanced. Big acid hits to delicate flavours and wonderful, adventurous new flavour profiles to try that just delight your tongue. I will end on the food with this. When a chef cooks you a dish that contains ants, that just might be one of the best things you have ever eaten in your life. It does tend to leave you a little speechless with what you think is possible with food. A particular highlight was the soba noodle prawn dish. I just want to say to the chefs that hands down was the most perfect balance of salt to acid ratio I've ever had and I'll be chasing that dragon for a long time to come. Thanks chefs Let's make no mistake, this is, an expensive experience, however a few things to consider. It takes a mountain of people to do this level of service and the quality of staff it requires for this level of perfection... is worth every cent! Do yourself a favour and and go and enjoy

   Quite Outstanding. Wait staff highly knowledgeable, clearly took pride in their work, genuine, fun and well trained. One of our waitresses made an innovative and effective description of our dishes for my blind father - much appreciated. Food was hard to describe in a good way. Exciting blends of ingredients, many native, put together with an attention to detail I haven't seen before in Australia. Kitchen was visible and running like clockwork - no Gordon Ramsy bs - just skilled people doing their thing in a positive organised facility.

   Incredible food with fascinating native ingredients. Such a pleasure to experience ingredients like that being celebrated and amplified in the dishes so well. I love the ambience as it feels special but also cool and accessible… you only need be excited and curious about food rather than having to be a ‘high brow’ know-it-all.

   The dinner at Attica was a very special night. The food was brilliant, and my sister and I loved the presentation and theatre of the night. We loved the atmosphere and sommelier explained the story of each wine beautifully. We might not have chosen every pairing though. We were looked after so well, and highly recommend a dinner at Attica.
