The steak I ordered ( medium ) was tough and I can hardly cit it. Obviously the steak was of poor quality. Service was good and the manager did not bill me for the steak.

Gorgeous brunch! The restaurant is stunning and the food is one of the best meals I’ve ever had. 10/10! Staff are really friendly and helpful, little birthday treat of macarons for my daughter was a lovely touch too!

We didn't get to eat there due to no availability for allergy order, although we were asked when seated about the allergy, which doesn't make any sense if there are no options. Short of staff it took a long time to take the order I was about to leave but at the same exact time the waiter came. We had to wait to be seated, although it wasn't crowded. We didn't feel welcomed. Hopefully, it will improve to be better. Because I've been there in other branches around the world and it was lovely.

I chose Aubaine in Selfridges for lunch to celebrate a 60th friendship anniversary. It was perfect - relaxed but special with a nice ambience. The food was excellent and well-presented and the service was no less. The drinks were a bit on the pricey side though but all in I would recommend.

A quiet place to have lunch in the middle of the West End, the tables by the window are possibly the best. Light portions of well prepared and beautifully presented dishes. Having to cross Selfridges aisles does not spoil it !

Ordered. Waited. Then 10 min later told the menu I wanted was not available. Ordered a super salad bowl. Salad was warmer than room temp. Kale was limp. Very disappointing.

One of the staff was unfriendly even though she wasn’t the one serving our table. She tried to stop the waitress that walked us in.
