   The overall experience is good. The property is the best part. The service was good but the food was horrible, and that’s an understatement. Bar food, room service and restaurant seafood meal at the restaurant was 100% cold fish and the menu did not say, the lobster was cold, the mussels, squid etc

   Amazing experience! Food was great. Potato bread was yummy. A little heavy but expected as long as you remember that it’s not wheat and meant to be denser. The grilled calamari and octopus is amazing. The octopus especially. Beetroot salad has definitely unique flavours. Plated beautifully. Would only order again if I had someone to share it with. A little too vinegary after a few bites. The filet mignon was cooked Chicago style, crispy on outside and rare centre, as my husband requested. Best steak he’s ever had. Melt in your mouth. Pork osso bocce also great. 10/10. Quick attentive service. Went on a Thursday night at 8:30PM. Will definitely go again. Pricey but worth it for special occasion or vacay.

   Had 3 meals here, two dinners and one lunch. We were impressed and happy with the food the first dinner and following day lunch but unfortunately the second dinner was not a good experience. I ordered the scallops which arrived cold and completely raw. I never complain or send food back at restaurants but did politely point it. They brought me a new order, one of the scallops was cooked as it should be, unfortunately the rest were raw again, like just mush. They did the right thing by not charging me but not acceptable for any restaurant let alone a Fairmont one. The kids buffet was of lesser quality than the night before as well. A positive though, the best Onion soup you will ever have!!

   Extensive wine list. Menu, while small, had something for every taste. Presentation was lovely. Chicken reminiscent of a chicken pot pie but deconstructed. Filet done to perfection. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Wonderful dining experience.

   It’s avons eu une superbe belle soirée ! La nourriture était délicieuse, pétoncles, tataki de thon, salade toutes les portions étaient parfaites et plats pleins de saveurs ! Merci à notre serveuse Soline qui nous a offert un service exceptionnel, attentionné et chaleureux. Déjà hâte d’y retourner :)

    Nous avons adoré notre expérience. Par contre, la propreté de la salle de bain pour personnes handicapées laisse à désirer et le savon pour se laver les mains est beaucoup trop haut pour une personne en fauteuil roulant.
