    Exceptional service, we had someone who was allergic to tree nuts and they gave us an additional avocado dip on the house. The chef came out personally to introduce the dish. We also had a complementary birthday scoop of ice cream. Didn’t feel rushed out of the restaurant. We had such a relaxing good time. Such a cozy wood box

    My first time going to Avec. I was surprised by its small footprint. I sat at the bar and had a great meal just with two appetisers. It was happy hour so drinks and some snacks were discounted. Enjoyable experience, would recommended it to anyone looking for an intimate environment and excellent Tapas.

    We visited Avec in the West Loop for brunch and enjoyed the cozy, intimate atmosphere. The space is charming and has a warm, inviting feel. The service was great—our server was attentive and friendly. We tried the stuffed dates, French toast, and pork belly, along with a mimosa. While the presentation was lovely and the ingredients seemed high quality, the flavors didn’t quite hit the mark for me personally. However, I can see why it’s a popular spot, and I’d definitely be open to trying it again for a different meal. Overall, Avec has a lot of charm, great service, and a unique menu that others might really enjoy!

    The restaurant couldn’t seat us right away due to a prior reservation running late. To make up for it they gave my whole party a glass of bubbles and bread, humus and dips to apologize. When we sat down we all ordered drinks and then shared great food with each other.

    As a visitor from out of town, my recent dining experience in Avec West Loop was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch – attentive, friendly, and genuinely accommodating. The food matched the service in quality; every dish was delicious. The overall atmosphere was wonderful, and it was a truly pleasant experience. I'll definitely be returning on my next visit to Chicago!
