   I have been going to Ayllu for about 5 years with parents, friends, and dates. First of all, the fish is very fresh. My favorite thing to do it sit at the table and order a platter of sashimi to share. Amazing quality and one of the few places where I would get uni. Also, they have great set/combo menu deals if you are not feeling sushi and more cooked fares. Never disappoints. Only thing is that they don't take reso and there is always a crowd. So go early, put your reservation in and enjoy the best Japanese cuisine in central London.

   After researching sushi in Paddington area. for an hour I finally gave up on the fancy sushi, and I reserved a table in Ayllu. As soon as I walked in past the crowds I knew I had made the right decision. And, to my surprise, we were seated promptly. Outstanding service all the way around. If you like simple, old school, fresh sushi, Ayllu delivers in spades. The night we were there I think we were outnumbered by Japanese, always a good sign. Families dining out. There is a b beautiful room filled with nice couches that I would sit at as a couple or solo. The wine list is good and then we moved on to beers. All the fish was super fresh and the portions were generous. At the end we had a dessert.Wish I lived here.

   If you have not been here you are missing out on really good, authentic Japanese food. You must book a table to believe it! The atmosphere it is the closest to being in Tokyo I have been to. The service is swift and the clientele were lively. The menu is big and rather daunting. For a first visit I would recommend choosing a tasting menu meal or like sashimi platter or the sushi platter. This is really a great find and will be our favourite sushi p[lace from now on.

   My sister suggested this place and it was well worth it! Fish was smooth and tasty and very fresh. We have been to many sushi places in London but this one goes right to the top, great location too. Very close to Little Venice by the canal. Enjoy this beauty.

   This sushi restaurant was highly recommended to us by a friend who lives in the Paddington area as being someplace that's well worth the visit. We got here right as the dinner period was picking up and booked ourselves int. We had a bit of waiting, once our table was ready - wow! The sushi was some of the freshest and most delicious that we've ever had. We shared the salmon roll, soft-shell crab, and tuna roll, as well as a beef buns, and everything was utterly fantastic. The staff were super professional and polite, and the food came out in good time, which is a sign that they took great pains to serve food that was both delicious and aesthetically pleasing. The restaurant itself is pretty small, which might account for part of the long wait - this place can only accommodate so many people. Beautiful and Very Good!!!

   Ayllu was recommended to us as the best place for sushi in the Paddington area. We arrived just prior to the 5PM booking and there was already a lot of guests seating at table. Service was prompt and friendly ( thank you Morella) and the restaurant was very clean and quiet. The sushi was outstanding, especially the crab and tuna. I strongly recommend this romantic beautiful restaurant.

    Great Asian/South American place in Central London, all the food we had was amazingly good, the civic he's were the best I ever had and also the nigiri platter was incredibly good. This restaurant should be in the top 10 London venues. Amazing!!
