Took the Baby Far West Etude experience. Cool ambiance, great gastronomic presentation of three top notch cocktails with the bar tender explaining the steps that led to the creation of the drinks.

3 cocktails like nothing we have ever had before, each one inspired from a different culture, great atmosphere and super barman / mixologist who talked us through each “course”. Will come again in 7 weeks when they do the next experience!

L'experience cocktail Des bon drinks, clairement recherchés Mais vous serez dirigés dans une petite "back room" clairement plus modeste que le bar Baby lui meme. Une genre de salle d'eau pimpé avec un petit bar Bonne explication des cocktails, mais aucune démonstration sur la préparation. Vous payez ~35$ par cocktails... mon estimation serait a 15-20 MAX pour chaque, c'est très dispendieux pour ce que vous recevez. Une experience OK, mais devrait être revue par les proprios pour que les gens en aient pour leur argent.

From the moment we were greeted at the door to the moment we left, the experience was amazing! Tao and Niko were extremely generous with their time and knowledge and the drinks were complex abd delicious. We're looking much forward to the next "Études"!

Experience unique pour découvrir l'univers creatif de Tao. C'est extravagant, mais le prix s'explique très bien avec le souci du détail, l'intimité et la générosité : ce n'est pas une soirée de bar normale, c'est une aventure.

I wholeheartedly recommend the cocktail far west bar experience at Bar Baby to anyone wanting to try new and adventurous cocktails. When reserving, choose bar chairs over table top chairs. Thank me later. What made the experience that much more for me beyond the bartenders’ passion and knowledge for their craft was their good humour and hospitality. They definitely made a repeat customer in me, and I’m looking so forward to their next cocktail study theme.

We booked l’Étude, the tasting menu. It is outstanding, creative and very well crafted. Perfect date night for two cocktail geeks
