Food was good. Had to talk to 3 different people for them to understand what open table even was finally I was checked in. We had three different waiters and had to ask for the check overall ambience and food was good, but the service was very poor.

I made reservations here for 10 people on my bday. I confirmed both on Open Table and via text I received from the restaurant on the day before my bday. We arrived at 8pm and the restaurant was totally closed. No one answered the phone, doors closed, no one there. I had to embarrassingly move my whole bday party down the street to another restaurant at the last minute. Thank the gods El Patio was so accommodating and delicious. I understand things happen, but if someone has made reservations that have been confirmed, a common courtesy would be to call to let said customer know something has happened.
