   Had a nice dinner here over the summer, but brunch today was not good at all. Ordered a coffee that took over a half hr to receive. Had to ask for ketchup for a burger & fries - which came much later after other's at the table almost finished their meals - and I received PACKETS versus a bottle of ketchup?!? Waitress never came to follow up on anything ….

   Asked for no bacon in omelette, came with bacon. Only 5 tables with customers. Took 40 minutes for food to come to the table.

   We ordered two drinks from the bar and our server and/or help came 4 different times with the wrong order. Kept insisting they were ours and we had to tell them numerous times what we ordered. After about 8 different drinks we finally got the correct ones after our food arrived. My kids ordered grilled cheese and the edge of the crust was burnt. My chicken sandwich; chicken was over cooked. Smallest Caesar salad I have ever seen and the added chicken was also dried out/over cooked.

   I don’t EVER write reviews about a restaurant (good or bad) unless it really stuck out to me, and this one did in the worst way. I called ahead and told them that 2 people of my party of 7 would be late because it was a surprise dinner. I also told them we had someone in our group who was gluten free and they said they wrote that all down. When my party got there, they would’ve seat the people already there even though I told them about the surprise. Our waiter also did not know what on the menu was gluten free and couldn’t help our friend. Additionally, the wait staff was very rude to us when we got pre dinner cocktails. Once we did sit down, it took them 30 minutes to greet us and we had to ask for someone to take care of us. The server who brought our drinks looked like he was going to spill them everywhere and we had to grab our own drinks from the tray. Overall, it was probably one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. 0/10 don’t recommend

   This was literally the worst restaurant I’ve been to in years. The server was absolutely awful. He was busy everywhere else except for coming to the table. I ordered things which never arrived and he was gone for long periods of time and the food was average at best.I went because the location was near a show I was seeing and believed the restaurant was a top level steakhouse but it was definitely a very disappointing experience.

   My girlfriends and I had brunch prior to the play We so enjoined the steak and eggs, French toast Service was great JC was great

   Overall, it was very nice. They were clearly short staffed so that was a little bit of an issue in terms of having a server available to us during our meal, but we were organized and needing to get to the theater so we were very efficient ourselves and our server did come over to us Several times just to say she was sorry that she hadn’t been more present

   We came for a preshow bite and some drinks. We waited a very long time to be seated and we had a reservation. The food was subpar at best. I ordered the Key Largo Salad with grilled shrimp. they brought me a plate with a scoop of the salad, and 4 shrimp on the side of it. Not even put together. it was awful. The drinks seemed like a non bartender poured them. The place is decorated in a fun style for the theater district, but they need to make some changes if they want to stay open. Maybe I went on an off night, but it was a Saturday night- prime time. Oh, and bathrooms were gross. Waste bins were overflowing onto the ground.

   Hostess super kind and friendly, seated us right away. Place could have been nice but had table squeezed together so tight you were hit by waiter every time they walked by. Waitress was rude, slow and never checked on us. She never got our drink order as the hostess finally came back by and got that and our food order. Food was decent but waitress ruined night. WARNING gratitudity is included which is why she was rude and slow. We ask that the hostess get our tip. I would not recommend as to many other nice place with great service in New York to go here!!

    We are visiting from out of town and chose here based on previous reviews. We were sat right away and the place is fun! The decide is awesome. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks. The service was terrible the entire night. Everything took way too long. People were standing up with their coats on waiting for their check. The food was fine, nothing special, the desert looked delicious but by the time our server showed back up there was no time left to order and eat desert. For reference we gave ourselves two hours there. In this two hours we saw our actual server twice.
