   Every time my husband and I come to Vegas we always make it a point to stop by this buffet. Some of the dishes have changed up but still very tasty.

   Was disappointed for paying $200 for 2 people. Could have went to Ruth Chris Steakhouse. Service was slow after tipping 18% and crab legs was wet and soggy not like before. Disappointed

   Great buffet. The food was fantastic! My only significant piece of advice is to watch your belongings. Right when we were done, a person came up to talj to us. We were distracted. Then someine stole my new iphone. We tracked it, shut it down and reported it. Seems there is a stolen phone ring in cesars. We are not the only ones.

   I ate at the Wynn buffet the day before this and can share confidently that the bacchanal is overhyped. It has more variety than the Wynn buffet but worse quality overall. In other words if you’re looking for the best buffet in Vegas then go to the Wynn buffet. If you’re looking for lots of diversity of options, then go to Bacchanal. But quality is questionable.

   I don’t recommend going after 9pm as you’ve shorter time to eat and they don’t stock up the food at some point and the food gets dry, cold, or run out. At least not for the price you pay. Service was not that great. Took us over 10 mins to get our server to come to us after multiple attempts to flag her down as we were seated near large parties. We were just 2 and just needed crackers to crack our crab legs. We lost a lot time not being able to eat waiting for our server and we were on limited time. Ambience is great, food was good but our experience was not the greatest and felt it could’ve been better.

   I recommend making a reservation. this is my second time eating here, and my only recommendation is to improve on the seafood. this time some of the dishes were serve cold and I didn't really like them as much as the last time, so they do change, hopefully next time I go they have hot dishes instead, but they have great meats, chicken, turkey, roast, brisket, and are cooked to perfection. other than that, the hype is real and its great food. if you like desserts then you will definitely love it, they have tons of them.

   Large variety of food and good service. The downfall was that the food that sat out was cold and or overcooked. Many of the chefs or cooks that cut the meat walked away from their stations and didn’t acknowledge people waiting for a slice. I don’t know if it was because we arrived towards closing time, but I still expect a high standard for a pricey buffet. I went to Bacchanal for my birthday and I honestly thought they would maybe acknowledge that, but they do not do anything special for birthdays. I had a pretty good experience and I would love to come back, but maybe at an earlier time so all the food comes out fresh and not sit.

    Food was good but not as much variety as I was hoping for. Definitely not worth $100 a person
