We had reservation at 5:45 pm but when we arrived at 5:45 pm, we had to wait (looks like a good hours worth). After waited for about 20 minutes, the person who was with me and who is 82 years of age felt very unwell so we had to leave. I had asked the representative who was managing the waiting line to cancel the reservation. So I am disappointed at the time arrangement. Why bother with reservation when we still had to wait an hour?

New years Eve Family Dinner. Hot crab legs were plentiful, complementary bottom is Champagne, no pressure to leave ( even though we exceeded the allotted dinning time) . Huge selection. Generous portions . Getting seated process ( with a reservation) was a but “unclear” - took about 30 min to be seated - ( even with a reservation we stood on a significant line. Plan to arrive 30 min before your reservation time to “check in”

We visited NYE 2024 where the buffet price increased to $140 (no mention on their webpage), which included a flute of champagne for each adult. For the wide selection available (plenty of shellfish and roast meats) balanced against standard buffet quality food, the regular pricing would be reasonable. It is WAY TOO overpriced at $140 for the holiday.

Amazing!!! I put my name on the waitlist thinking it would be a while before I get called but it was so fast. Unfortunately I had to cancel cause I wasn’t at the buffet yet. I asked to be put on the waitlist again but they let me go through! I loved it, and the food was amazing and service was great. I was so full!

It is an experience everyone needs to enjoy at least once! Pricey? Yes, however worth to wallet pain. The ladies that check you in are great! Our server was exceptional. Look forward to our next visit.

We haven't been to the Baccanal for over 8 years. Of course, Covid happened and just like everything else, the restaurant quality in overall has declined tremendously. We understand it was NYE but we also paid extra for full dinner for the same food. The only station worth noting was the seafood which most of the people go for. But everything else we had, including dessert, look and tasted horrible. I wish the restaurant quality was as good as pre-Covid but it's an unfortunate event. We looked so much forward to this meal. Most of the food we tasted from the Mexican station, the Asian station were just average at best. The chocolate lava cake in the dessert island was barely cooked and tasted raw dough. They ran out of mochi donuts at 8pm, the carrot cake was super dry and the fruit platters didn't look fresh, just looked like someone threw a bunch of things together. For a meal this expensive, I was hoping for better quality. We will not return to this restaurant nor recommend it to any one else.

I will start by saying the food and service once you are seated is great. The problem is trying to get in. They are so disorganized and it is truly a mess. Having a reservation does not really matter as they always serve 7 stars first- however, even being a 7 star they throw you to the aide and do not seat fist cone first serve. It is truly a mess and they need to get some new management to figure this out as it is totally messing up the great food and service that awaits inside.

Only suggestion I can make is waiting in a huge line behind folks who do not have a reservation when the restaurant is reservation only. Then having a players card and still waiting again. Service was fantastic! Everyone was so helpful and nice. Food is amazing!
