    Dungeons crab was tough way over cooked, the snow was okay, the tri-tip was raw( manager took a picture of it ), waitress never took full plates of crab shells off the table we actually had to move them to other tables that people had left already, most food was warm not hot at all, we ordered a white wine that we never received, and when we arrived we had 1 person in the restroom and we moved over to the side to let others go ahead of us and the lady checking us in said ‘ I thought you said you were all here’ I replied ‘ she just went unit the restroom she will be right back’ then she said ‘ next time don’t check in till you have everyone ready to be sat overall it sucked will never return.

    The 90 minute time constraint definitely made us feel rushed. At one point the waitress even cleared our table before we were finished and never returned our drinks back.

    Ed the Manager was an awesome greeter and took time to follow up to make sure we enjoyed our experience. Hands on but hands off. It was obvious his leadership leading the team was flawless. Now the food and selection. Top tier in all aspects. Worth the cost and the international tour of foods was point on.

    Stale..... unappetizing...most of the food was lacking in taste and fresh ness. The seafood was appalling.... obviously frozen....far from fresh!!!! $160 Aus ...what a travesty!!!! Nine of us dining there....never again. Better off going to another restaurant where the food is cooked for you to what you order. Worst dining experience of my life!!!😠😠

    Quality not worth the price. Wynn is way better for less. Cleaner, bacchanal use to look nice years ago, now tables are worse looking than a cheap dinner. Where I was sitting , I was close to the area they take plates, it started to smell like a dumpster. Last time going there, too many options better out there. Wynn, cosmo, bellagio…
