Warning to future guests: Do NOT go to this buffet after 8:30 PM. Even if you have a reservation, you might still have to wait nearly an hour to be seated — we had an 8:30 PM reservation but weren’t seated until 9:15 PM. By then, we only had 30 minutes before they started clearing all the food. Popular items like crab legs and scallops were already gone, and staff were already cleaning up. It felt rushed, stressful, and completely not worth the price. If you’re paying $100 per person, you deserve the full experience — not scraps and stress. Consider this your warning.

We made a reservation for 8:30, arrived at 8:15 and were not seated until 9:20. It was only when we had already paid and sat down that we were informed that the food would be cleaned up at 9:45 so we only had 25 min to get the food we wanted - at this point the lines for the bigger ticket food items like the steamed snow crab (which they were out of anyway and replaced with stone crab) and meat cuts were several minutes long. The food that was left was quite good but having paid over $200 for 2 people after tip we expected to be able to actually eat a full meal. They also closed at 10 pm so we were only able to sit for 40 min. If we had been informed that they would remove food 9:45 and close at 10 we would have chosen to eat elsewhere. If you have an earlier reservation and are seated at a reasonable time, it could be worth it but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

The food was great but they did not inform us they would take all the food away at 9:45. We didn't even get to have dessert . Very disappointed.

It's totally not worth the wait and money! The food was not impressive at all. The line-up system was confusing. They made you pay the tips before even seating you! Our reservation was at 5:45 pm but we were seated at 7:10 pm. I will not return.

I’ve been there several times before and never had a problem. But today, I had an appointment at 5:30pm, arrived at 5:19pm, and were not seated until 7:10pm. I would say they were overbooked. At this point I don’t know why appointments are needed when the wait time is almost 2 hours. Paid $400+ (tip not included) for a party of 5 with a kid. I would say everything happened today did not worth that price and I’ll never be back. Super bad experience and I’m totally disappointed.

Waited an hour and a half to get to the payment section only to be placed in another line to wait for another 30 min. I made reservations to. Additionally we were placed in such a small table for 6 people. When I looked around other party of 6 had bigger and more spacious tables. Food was ok. For $113 a person was expecting a bit better quality. Overall I don't see myself coming back.

This wasn't our first time at the buffet and let us tell you we have never seen it so busy. This was on a MONDAY and we have never seen it SO busy. There's a line to pay for the buffet. Even if you made a reservation, it doesnt matter, wait in line. And than right when you want to start to grab food, boom line. Lines for the stations. It was chaos. People everywhere, walking with plates, trying not to crash into anyone with a plate of food. And you have 90 minutes to eat. With the lines and the cooks not able to put out food quickly enough.. we were.. shocked. Just a busy experience and you pay a big price. So be prepared to wait before eating. Also this was our first time literally being KICKED out of the buffet. Gwen our waiter who really didnt seem like serving us but was just checking her watch to tell us to leave. "What do you want" in a rude tone would be her answer if you asked for a drink. So if you get lucky with her, just know she's got an attitude. Overall, it may be worth it for the mochi doughnuts but it was a very RUSHED eating experience.. and cracking crab legs take time.

We did not planned to wait a long line to get our food when it's a buffet. Our drinks was never refilled, plates wasn't taken away until asked to. And the chair my husband was sitting in had a rip corner and it cut his arm. We informed our server but nothing was done or chair was replaced. My husband informed another server of the chair she removed it after we where already leaving.
