    We had never been to Back Deck before. We were looking for restaurant near South Station, and this appeared to have plenty to choose from. Two of us got steak tips and they were excellent. The other got Grilled Chicken salad. The waitress was great, the food was great and the ambiance was great. We were pleased and would go back again.

    Good food nice atmosphere. Drinks need work, ordered two espresso martinis one with baileys they were not good. Had to be send back but server was gracious immediately asked what else we would like to try and we were not charged for the drinks. The other two mixed drinks were sub par. Might have just been a bad night for drinks but overall great restaurant and service.

    Food was good overall (I had the Moroccan chicken skewers), but the roasted veggies and mashed potatoes were barely warm.

    The Morrocan flair to the food was a bit surprising and on some items it was great and others not so much. The service was great and the location was perfect for the Opera house.

    An annual must for us each year prior to the Nutcracker performance. Staff is understanding (a bit late due to traffic), and accommodating to our needs. Service was spot on, not rushed, but aware that we were headed to the play. Food was delicious, and prices were reasonable. We will be back next year without a doubt!
