   We (party of 4) had dinner at Backdoor Bistro on a Tuesday around 5:00, service was very attentive and friendly. They offered a fried chicken special which 3 of us ordered and my wife ordered the shrimp and pasta. We all enjoyed our meals immensely and the coffee cake that came with the chicken special was excellent. Wonderful place for a casual meal or special occasions. Noise levels can get loud if seated inside when crowded. One of our favorite restaurants!

   We came for brunch and had a mediocre experience. The Bloody Mary was very heavy on the horseradish, my food came Out cold and the poached egg was very runny on my Benedict. The staff was friendly but the dining room Is very loud if you’re looking for an intimate place to converse. If my egg was poached perfectly and food came out warm I would’ve given it one more star. But honestly the entire thing was just mediocre.

   Food was pricey but ok. My $28 dollar burger was overpriced but loved the homemade chips, pickles and pickled onions. My wife’s Salmon bowl needed more veggies and she said the salmon was not fresh and only ok.

   My moms 60th birthday deserve a great dinner celebration. So glad we found this spot. Cute spot. Great drinks. Appetizers were that - great appetizers - a tad small for the piece. However the rest of the meal and drinks were great! Would go back for dessert

    The polenta fries with cilantro crema was outstanding. Crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside. The beet salad was delicious too.
